I’ve been very disappointed with the way I’ve been treated by yourselves !! The Russian embassy /consulate! My partner was orginally in hospital in Istanbul with his mother who was the patient ! I explained on numerous times that my partner could not contact me due to his employment contract ! And is not allowed to do social media ! And that his boss allowed us to talk on an app which we paid for ! But we had to cancel this ! And I understood third parties can’t be given information due to Russian law! My partner transferred hospitals due to his mothers illness! So it angered me when they refused to help me get package to my partner even though I told them I would reimburse them the cost ! and constantly ignored my emails which has gone on for 7 months now ! All I ever wanted is for them to pass a letter to my partner explaining I was waiting for him for ever long he was in Turkey with his mother !! But even this they can not reply to me saying they have done ! I thought embassies /consulates were they to help people ! But clearly they don’t ! I need to know who I can contact now !! And find someone to get letter to my partner in the hospital without telling me where he is !!! Why can’t anyone understand how upset I am and that I just need a little help ! I contacted the ministry in Moscow they could only advise me that the embassy were in contact with my partner ! It’s been 8 months since I had any contact with my partner !!! I Just need to get letter to him and know he had received it!! Why can’t someone help me !!!
