I am appalled by the Turkish Government's decision to round up stray dogs, take them to shelters and systematically batter/ to death poison all of the dogs/ or throw them into garbage trucks to be crushed. Hi, I recently left my ipad at Istanbul Airport, and unfortunately wasn't able to collect it on my way back to the UK due to tight transfer time for changing flight. The lost property people have been very helpful, and advise that the courier company (Jetiz) can retrieve and return my ipad to me here in Scotland. However, they require a certificate of authorisation, on behalf of their employee, verified by the Turkish Consulate. Can you please help me with this? I live in Aberdeenshire, so can't easily visit the Consulate in person. Grateful for your assistance.
