Merhaba! I would like to ask if I should apply for a Turkish tourist visa at your office, because the E-visa application said, we must have a valid Schengen and/or US visa. Unfortunately, not all our Schengen or US Visa is valid anymore. Therefore should we apply in person at your office. What documents should I submit, and what are your office hours, please? How long will it take to obtain the visa? We will be going as a family, for our winter vacation. Please advise me on the your current visa process. Thank you very much and hope to hear from you soon.
